Job summary

BSS Contract Solutions Ltd is seeking a Project Manager for a large residential development in Swords, Co. Dublin. You will take overall responsibility from construction through to completion, coordinating site teams, subcontractors and design information to programme, quality and safety targets.

The role offers a competitive package with a salary of €100,000–€115,000 and a strong pipeline of work for an established main contractor. RC frame experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Proven PM experience with an established main contractor.
• Experience delivering large residential or apartment projects; RC frame experience highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, programming and subcontractor management.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the project from construction through to completion.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to programme, quality and safety requirements.
• Coordinate construction activities, design information and procurement requirements.
• Monitor programme, progress, resources and key project milestones.
• Chair and attend project, subcontractor and design coordination meetings.
• Work closely with the commercial team to control costs, variations and project risk.
• Maintain strong client, consultant and stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure the highest standards of health & safety, quality and site management.
