Job summary

GPC - Global Professional Consultants is seeking a Site Manager (Structures) with strong RC Frame experience for a Tier 1 main building contractor on a large-scale residential development in South Dublin. The role requires at least 5 years on RC frame projects in Ireland or the UK, with responsibilities including supervising subcontractors, monitoring schedules, and maintaining quality and safety on site.

Qualifications

• RC Frame experience on large-scale residential projects.
• Minimum 5 years of site management experience.
• Excellent communication and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Report to Project Manager and manage subcontractors and direct personnel.
• Monitor work schedules and ensure on-budget delivery.
• Attend site meetings and ensure the project runs in accordance with programme and safety standards.
• Deliver high-quality RC frame structures and ensure safe construction practices.
