One of Ireland’s leading Civil and Construction contractors is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of high‑quality residential and RC frame projects in South Dublin. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the day‑to‑day operations on site, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of construction projects to the highest safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the site’s day‑to‑day activities, ensuring all works are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and supervise the construction of RC frame residential buildings.
• Manage and lead a team of site operatives, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants to ensure project objectives are met.
• Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, cost control, and quality assurance documentation.
• Troubleshoot any issues on site and implement solutions promptly to avoid delays.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, with a focus on RC frame and residential construction.
• Strong background in managing large‑scale residential projects.
