Croft Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a new residential development in Swords, Co. Dublin. The project comprises 90 apartments with RC frame construction; you will lead the site team from foundations to handover, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

This role requires 7+ years of main-contractor PM experience, proven leadership and strong communication. Salary ranges €100,000–€120,000 DOE, plus benefits including company vehicle/allowance,

Qualifications

• 7+ years Project Management experience with a main contractor.
• Proven track record delivering RC frame residential developments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project from start to handover.
• Lead the site team, subcontractors and consultants.
• Drive programme, quality, health & safety and budget performance.
• Coordinate all construction activities and report to senior management.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
