CSR Group in Swords, Co. Dublin, is seeking a Project Manager for a €50m residential development of 190 high-density units. The role oversees RC frames, precast systems and MMC, with full responsibility for site operations, safety, schedule and budget from start to handover.

Applicants should have 5+ years leading large site teams and subcontractors, plus proficiency with MS Project/Primavera and BCAR processes. The position offers a full-time/permanent contract with a strong executive package.

Qualifications

• Build Experience: proven track record on large-scale residential or commercial builds (€30m+).
• Structural Expertise: knowledge of RC frames, precast structures and MMC.
• Qualifications: degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Leadership: 5+ years leading full site teams and subcontractors.
• Tech Skills: proficient in MS Project and Primavera; BCAR management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the 190-unit development safely, on time and within the €50m budget.
• Oversee scheduling, delivery and installation of precast elements and RC works.
• Lead progress meetings with clients, design teams, authorities and stakeholders.
• Manage procurement, commercial variations and supply chain logistics.
• Enforce health, safety and quality standards across the footprint.
