Job summary

BV Real Estate is seeking an experienced Senior Residential/Commercial Valuer to join our growing team in Ireland. You will undertake valuations across residential and commercial assets, preparing reports for financial institutions, private clients and other stakeholders.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, client-facing skills and the ability to develop long-term professional relationships while contributing to the ongoing growth of BV Real Estate.

Qualifications

• IPAV membership with REV/TRV qualification and/or SCSI/RICS membership
• Minimum 3 years Valuation Experience
• PSRA licence
• Strong residential and/or commercial valuation experience
• Excellent knowledge of the property market
• Strong report-writing, analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• A full driving licence

Responsibilities

• Undertake residential and commercial valuations across a diverse client base and prepare high-quality valuation reports.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders to support ongoing engagement.
