ProSource Group in Dublin is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its growing commercial team. You will take ownership of projects, align with in-house processes, and drive value on residential and commercial developments.

The role offers a Dublin-based office, a long-term position, and a package including €90,000–€100,000 DOE, 27 days leave, 4% pension contribution, discretionary bonus, and one day working from home after six months.

Qualificações

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics.
• Minimum 10 years' Quantity Surveying experience.
• Strong background in residential or commercial construction.
• Experience managing the commercial aspects of projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of procurement, cost control, valuations and final accounts.
• Excellent contractual and commercial awareness.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of commercial responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Managing the commercial aspects of projects from procurement through to completion
• Overseeing budgets, cost plans, valuations and financial reporting
• Managing procurement and subcontractor packages
• Monitoring project costs, variations, claims and final accounts
• Identifying commercial risks and opportunities
• Working closely with Contracts Managers, Project Managers and site teams
• Supporting the development of in-house commercial processes and procedures
• Maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and project stakeholders

The company is looking to bring more of its commercial and quantity surveying functions in-house, giving the successful candidate the opportunity to take ownership of projects and play an important role in the continued development of the business. The role would suit someone with a strong residential or commercial construction background who is looking for a long‑term position with a growing developer.
