Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Reporting Support to assist the Reporting Lead in developing a performance and reporting framework for MetroLink. The role focuses on enabling timely reporting, KPI establishment, and high-quality analysis across the project lifecycle.

Senior candidate with 10+ years in project reporting, including metro rail or equivalent. Proficiency in MS Office and BI tools is required, with a focus on continuous improvement and cross-party collaboration.

Qualifications

• Senior: 10+ years’ experience in project reporting, with at least 5 years in reporting activities across the project lifecycle in high value metro rail projects or similar.
• Management information analysis, presentation and requirements.
• Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and cost/financial management systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Reporting Lead with developing a performance and reporting framework.
• Support in establishing KPIs and capturing programme data.
• Ensure reporting framework compliance across the project with the Project Delivery Partner and contractors.
• Embed continuous improvement and best practice reporting to drive high performance.
• Produce high-quality performance analysis and reporting deliverables.
