Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Risk Analyst to support the Risk Lead in developing a comprehensive risk reporting framework across a major programme. The role involves leading risk management activities, ensuring timely, high-quality information, and aligning processes with enterprise risk standards.

You will work with project teams to identify, assess and respond to risks, while maintaining risk registers and dashboards to enable informed decision-making across delivery partners.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of risk management principles, methods, techniques, systems and toolkits.
• Experience with complex architectural/engineering/construction projects.
• Experience coordinating reporting inputs and developing project reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to govern and drive outcomes to ensure high quality service.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of risk management processes within teams in alignment with policy and framework.
• Assist in rollout and integration of risk management updates.
• Collaborate with Risk Lead to ensure a consistent approach to risk management.
• Provide insights to improve the risk management framework with auditability and traceability.
• Maintain high-quality risk data reflecting programme/project environments.
• Facilitate cross-disciplinary workshops to identify and assess risks.
• Develop clear, measurable risk management responses with teams.
• Assist in quantitative risk analysis to assess exposure and link to cost/schedule.
• Promote the value and necessity of risk management across teams.
• Maintain risk registers and related documentation including dashboards.
