Job summary

Jacobs in Dublin is seeking an experienced Reporting Lead to drive programme reporting and performance management across major infrastructure programmes. This hybrid role involves regular client office attendance and collaboration with project teams and governance bodies.

You will lead reporting frameworks, dashboards and BI insights, mentor a reporting team, and partner with PMO and stakeholders to ensure timely, high‑quality information and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Engineering, Project Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in performance and reporting activities.
• At least 5 years' experience supporting major infrastructure projects through full lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of programme reporting, governance and project controls.
• Experience leading teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical abilities with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and delivery of programme reporting to PMO and governance stakeholders.
• Serve as a key point of contact between project teams, programme leadership and client representatives.
• Drive consistency, quality and continuous improvement across reporting processes.
• Develop and maintain performance reporting frameworks, dashboards and management information.
• Analyse project, schedule and financial performance data to support decision‑making.
• Lead and mentor reporting and performance resources within the project team.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice across project and programme teams.
• Present complex technical and performance information to senior stakeholders.
• Support governance activities, risk reporting and programme performance reviews.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
