Job summary

STRIVE Search is seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist for Funds & Investment Management to lead end-to-end hiring within our growing Dublin office. You will build relationships with clients and candidates, shaping hiring strategy and delivering top talent.

You will manage multiple assignments, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to business development while enjoying hybrid work, a competitive commission model, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous agency recruitment experience in Funds & Investment Management is essential.
• Strong networking and relationship management skills.
• Ambitious recruiter capable of team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and role qualification through to candidate sourcing, offer negotiation and placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted adviser on hiring strategy, salaries and market conditions.
• Develop new business through targeted calls, meetings, networking, referrals and proactive candidate introductions.
• Source, interview and assess candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases and direct headhunting.
• Manage multiple live assignments, ensuring a high-quality experience for both clients and candidates throughout the process.
• Support and mentor junior consultants, sharing market knowledge and helping improve recruitment standards and performance.
