Job summary

Cpl Healthcare is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join a busy Healthcare Recruitment team, supporting Nursing and Allied Health Professionals. The role offers hybrid working in Kildare or Dublin and a generous salary based on experience.

Responsibilities include building a portfolio of candidates and clients, achieving targets, and driving business development while developing relationships and maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years recruitment experience, preferably within healthcare recruitment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficient IT and CRM/ATS system usage.
