We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Receptionist to join our wonderful team! This is a full-time role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar reception role preferred; training provided.
• Experience with HotSoft is advantageous.
• Must be fully flexible and available to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
• Manage room allocations in line with guest preferences and special requests.
