Job summary

Cliff at Lyons is a luxury countryside retreat just outside Dublin. We are seeking an experienced Senior Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis, offering a competitive salary based on experience and opportunities for personal and professional development.

You will greet guests, manage calls, and oversee the reception area, with responsibilities including room allocations and ensuring a tidy, welcoming front desk.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a similar role, with training provided.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience with HotSoft is an advantage.
• Must be fully flexible to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Manage the reception area to keep it tidy and presentable.
• Allocate rooms according to guest preferences and requests.

Requirements

• Ideally 2+ years' experience in a similar role but training will be provided
• Excellent written & spoken English
• Experience with HotSoft an extinctive advantage
• Must be fully flexible & available to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
