Cliff at Lyons, a luxury countryside retreat just outside Dublin, seeks a Senior Receptionist to join our team in a full-time capacity. You will greet guests, handle calls, keep the reception area presentable, and manage room allocations according to guest preferences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role (preferred)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience with HotSoft is an advantage
• Fully flexible and available for early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable

• Ideally 2+ years' experience in a similar role but training will be provided
• Excellent written & spoken English
