Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead on-site delivery of civil engineering projects, ensuring quality, safety and financial performance. You will coordinate contract programmes, manage subcontractors and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.

The role emphasizes adherence to HSEQS, timely reporting and proactive issue resolution to maximise project value and profitability across multiple sites in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction, Engineering, Business Systems or related discipline.
• Knowledge of commercial and estimating processes within construction.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to support non-technical users.
• Ability to prepare contractual correspondence and reports under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the contract programme and lead submission of contract documents.
• Chair start-up meetings and support resource allocation.
• Oversee subcontract buying and performance monitoring.
• Prepare Cost Value Reconciliations and monthly project reports.
• Ensure HSEQS compliance and project delivery on time.
• Manage site information flows and document control.
