Job summary

AECOM in Dublin is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead rail-related Irish and UK infrastructure projects, coordinating with clients, Transport Infrastructure Ireland, Iarnród Éireann and Translink.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, drive delivery within budgets and schedules, and ensure quality across the project lifecycle from feasibility to construction, with hybrid working options and a focus on safety, sustainability and client value.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and delivering rail infrastructure projects in Ireland or the UK.
• Experience delivering projects for Transport Infrastructure Ireland, Iarnród Éireann and Translink.
• Familiar with NEC contracts.
• Proven ability to scope and estimate projects.
• Proven experience delivering Rail projects valued over €30 million.

Responsibilities

• Deliver successful project outcomes with ownership and accountability.
• Lead multi-disciplinary engineers and manage stakeholder, schedule, and contract aspects.
• Provide technical knowledge from concept to implementation.
• Oversee quality management across project activities.
• Be a visible leader and trusted advisor to clients.
• Navigate complexities of transportation projects and resolve issues.
