Job summary

RINA Consulting in Ireland is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects within the Rail and Transport sector. You will drive delivery, manage budgets and timelines, and coordinate with international teams and local stakeholders.

The role requires a strong track record in engineering professional services, excellent communication, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as project needs dictate.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years' experience in Engineering Professional Services.
• Delivery track record in Construction, Infrastructure or Transportation (Rail) domains.
• Strong cost control, scheduling, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive expansion of RINA Consulting's Infrastructure & Transport business across Ireland.
• Manage planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of infrastructure projects within scope, schedule and budget.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, resources, KPIs, and quality throughout project delivery.
• Serve as main client contact, ensuring clear communication with contractors and partners.
• Support BD activities including proposals, tenders, negotiations and contracts.
• Identify and manage project risks with timely escalation and mitigation actions.
• Collaborate with BD/BL teams to identify new tender opportunities in Ireland.
