Job summary

Croft Recruitment Limited in Dublin is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial function on large-scale construction projects. Based on a hybrid working model, you will oversee cost planning, budgeting, procurement, and valuation processes across multi-disciplinary teams.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience, a degree in Quantity Surveying, and a proven track record with Tier 1 contractors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Background with a Tier 1 contractor preferred.
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial management on major construction projects.

• Procurement and subcontractor management.

About the Company A leading Tier 1 Main Contractor with a turnover of €500m, delivering prestigious commercial, residential, pharma and data centre projects across Dublin and Ireland. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Dublin team.

Role Overview You will manage the full commercial function on large-scale projects, from cost planning and procurement through to final accounts. This is a key senior position offering major project exposure and long-term career progression.

Key Responsibilities
