Currie & Brown Ireland seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager to lead cost and commercial delivery on high-value projects in Dublin. You will mentor junior staff and manage client relationships end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Chartered QS with MSCSI/MRICS accreditation.
• Around 5+ years' consultancy PQS experience.
• Proven delivery on major sectors (data centres or pharma).
• Confident client-facing communication and commercial judgement.

We're expanding, and we're always keen to speak with experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors and Senior Cost Managers.

THE ROLE

• You'll take the lead on cost and commercial management for major projects and clients, from inception to final account, while mentoring and developing junior team members.

• Lead full-lifecycle cost management across significant projects
• Own client relationships and act as a trusted commercial adviser
• Provide robust cost planning, forecasting, reporting and risk management
• Mentor and support the development of assistant and mid-level colleagues

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MSCSI/MRICS)
• Around 5+ years' experience, with a strong consultancy (PQS) background
• Proven delivery in one or more of our core sectors — ideally data centres or pharma
• Confident, client-facing communication and commercial judgement
