The role – what is it we would like you to do?
This role offers direct client exposure, hands‑on learning, and the opportunity to work across estimating, benchmarking, OFCI procurement and post‑contract tasks. Ideal for ambitious QSs seeking rapid career progression.

What skills and attributes are we looking for from you:
We manage the entire lifecycle of data centre projects – RIBA Stages 0–5 – including front‑end estimating, benchmarking, cost modelling, OFCI procurement, and full post‑contract cost control.
All team members, regardless of level, receive strong client exposure, regularly presenting cost plans and reports directly to senior stakeholders within the developer’s organisation.
Our pipeline stretches well beyond five years, driven by long‑standing hyperscale programmes and multiple new private developer clients. This results in exceptional stability, continuous career progression, and the opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding team.
