Qualifications

• Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS/MSCSI) qualification required.
• Around 5+ years' consultancy (PQS) experience.
• Proven delivery in data centres or pharma sectors.
• Confident, client-facing communication and commercial judgement.

THE ROLE

• You'll take the lead on cost and commercial management for major projects and clients, from inception to final account, while mentoring and developing junior team members.

• Own client relationships and act as a trusted commercial adviser
• Provide robust cost planning, forecasting, reporting and risk management
• Mentor and support the development of assistant and mid-level colleagues

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MSCSI/MRICS)
• Around 5+ years' experience, with a strong consultancy (PQS) background
• Proven delivery in one or more of our core sectors — ideally data centres or pharma
• Confident, client-facing communication and commercial judgement
