Job summary

Currie & Brown is seeking an MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our Dublin team. You will work with directors to deliver cost consultancy across public and private sector projects, building strong client relationships and shaping how we work.

Key duties include providing clients with clear cost advice, preparing Bills of Quantities for M&E works (MV/HV), managing project costs, and supporting pre- and post-contract activities.

Qualifications

• A BSc in quantity surveying or similar.
• SCSI membership, or working towards it.
• At least two years in technical delivery.
• Experience of Irish public sector M&E procurement, using PW-CF1 and PW-CF5.
• A firm grasp of project cost control and claims.
• Confident client-facing and communication skills.
• CostX experience is a bonus.
• A full driving licence and ability to pass Garda vetting.

About The Role

MEP Quantity Surveyor — Dublin (Ref: 21989)

Role Overview

Currie & Brown is looking for an MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our Dublin team. You'll work alongside our directors to deliver first-class cost consultancy across public and private sector projects. It's a chance to build strong client relationships, share what you know, and help shape how we work.

What will make you successful in this role?
