Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Project Controls professional with extensive experience to support major capital projects across Ireland, the UK, and Europe. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, applying cost management, procurement support, and contract administration across the full project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related commercial discipline.
• 38 years experience in quantity surveying, cost management, contract administration, procurement support, change control or commercial reporting within consultancy, contractor, client-side or complex capital project environments.

Responsibilities

• Support cost plans, budget estimates, forecasts, and cost reports across project phases.
• Assist with contract administration, interim valuations, progress measurement, variation assessment, change control, and commercial reporting.
• Prepare tender documentation, bills of quantities, pricing schedules, and commercial clarifications to support procurement.
• Develop historical cost data, benchmarks, and project metrics for estimating and cost planning.
