Job summary

Arcadis seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager in Ireland (Dublin or Cork) to lead cost management, procurement strategy and contract governance on major EPC/EPCM capital projects. You will integrate with multidisciplinary teams across Ireland, the UK and Europe from studies through to handover.

The role demands 10–15 years’ experience, chartered status is desirable, and travel to the UK/Continental Europe may be required. A proactive commercial leadership approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or related commercial discipline.
• 10–15 years’ experience in senior quantity surveying/commercial management.
• Chartered status with SCSI and/or RICS is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel to UK/Europe as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management, procurement strategy and contract administration across project lifecycle.
• Prepare and manage cost plans, budgets and forecasts.
• Administer contracts, variations and final accounts; support tender analysis and award.
• Provide commercial reporting and governance on major capital programmes.
