Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to support major capital projects across Ireland, the UK and Europe. You will lead cost management, procurement strategy, contract administration and commercial reporting from concept through to handover.

The role offers direct client exposure in a multidisciplinary EPCMV environment, with a clear progression path and support for chartership. Travel to UK/Europe is possible.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related commercial discipline.
• 10–15 years of senior quantity surveying or commercial management experience.
• Chartered status with the SCSI and/or RICS is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel to the UK or mainland Europe as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide robust cost and commercial management from studies to handover.
• Lead procurement strategy, contract administration and change control.
• Support cost plans, budgets, forecasts and commercial reports.
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams across EPCM projects.
