You will prepare cost estimates, manage tenders, oversee contracts, conduct site visits, and provide financial reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• A level 8 degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably with a focus on civil projects.
• Proficiency in Cubit and Excel; strong understanding of current building contracts, including public contracts.
• Strong understanding of the construction industry and working on site.
• Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency and meet challenging work goals.
