Job summary

O'Neill & Brennan is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in County Meath. The successful candidate will collaborate with commercial and construction teams to deliver a diverse portfolio of projects.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, at least 5 years' experience with a Main Contractor, residential experience preferred, strong contract knowledge, and a full clean Irish/EU driving licence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role with a Main Contractor.
• Residential project experience preferred; similar sector experience considered.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and relevant legislation.
• Professional membership of a recognised institution is desirable.
• Full clean Irish/EU driving licence.
• Strong numerical, IT, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and maintain a professional approach.

• Oversee procurement, contract administration, and supply chain development.

• Monitor budgets, variations, payment applications, and financial reporting.
