Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a Senior Project Quantity Surveyor to manage all commercial aspects of residential construction projects from inception to completion. You will handle procurement, cost monitoring, interim payments, and final accounts, collaborating with stakeholders and attending site meetings.

The role demands strong commercial acumen, experience in leading technical details, and delivering high-quality projects with a flexible, hybrid working setup.

Qualifications

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying with significant post-graduate experience in a similar residential role.
  • Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in Cost-ex (or similar), Microsoft Word, Excel, and the wider MS Office suite.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to meet demanding time and quality targets, and proactively manage priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience of working collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities
