Senior Quantity Surveyor | Developer | Kildare | €90–100K+ Package

We’re working with a leading property developer in Kildare on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team and take ownership of the commercial function across a major development pipeline.

This is not simply another QS position.

You’ll be joining a developer where the QS function is central to the success of the business, with real influence over commercial strategy, cost management, procurement and project delivery.

Working closely with senior management and project teams, you’ll have the opportunity to get involved from the early stages of development through to delivery, making key commercial decisions and helping drive the performance of high-value residential projects.

The role would suit a Senior QS who is looking to move into a more senior, client/developer-side position and have a genuine say in how projects are delivered.
