Hollybank Trustees Ltd is seeking a senior Quality Lead to oversee the quality management system and project quality activities. You will drive welding coordination under EN ISO 3834, ensure compliance with client specs and EU directives, and lead quality plans, ITPs, audits and supplier performance.

You will work with fabrication and on-site teams to train personnel, manage NCRs and drive continuous improvement across projects, ensuring timely turnover and adherence to schedule.

Qualifications

• Trade or professional qualification.
• CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspection.
• Min 10 years’ experience in the fabrication and construction of the process piping plant.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Diligent, high attention to detail, and set high quality standards.
• Personable and a team player.
• People and stakeholder management.
• Hard working in fast paced environments.
• Organised and able to prioritise work.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and execution of project Quality Plans and ITPs.
• Audit weld logs, weld maps and inspection records for turnover.
• Manage sub-contractor quality packages and audits.
• Lead customer engagement on complaints and resolutions.
• Coordinate with engineering teams on EN ISO 3834 compliance and PED 2014/68/EU.
• Plan and execute quality audits across sites and suppliers.
• Ensure 100% visual inspection of completed welds and traceability.
