Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd seeks a Contracts Manager to lead a senior team delivering water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You will oversee a civil/mechanical/electrical/MEICA team, maintain client relationships, and drive safety, quality and performance from design through to handover.

You will report to the framework manager, manage budgets and schedules, and mentor staff while promoting a one-team culture within a client‑facing environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in water/wastewater.
• Chartered Engineer and IEI membership preferable.
• Level 8 Honours Degree in Engineering.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in project delivery.
• Knowledge of health, safety and welfare regulations in construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of civil, mechanical, electrical and process engineers to deliver water and wastewater projects.
• Ensure on-site Health, Safety, Environmental & Sustainability standards are upheld.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders and subcontractors to maintain project performance.
• Manage programme, budget and HSQE reporting to the framework manager.
• Provide training and mentoring to staff and support recruitment and development.
