Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd. is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead a multi-discipline civil engineering team delivering water and wastewater infrastructure in the Cork region.

You will oversee design through to handover, reporting to the framework manager on programme, budget and HSQE, while maintaining a one-team culture with clients and delivery teams. You will manage a team of engineers, ensure safety standards on-site, and drive continuous improvements in project delivery, taking ownership from

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably water/wastewater.
• Extensive knowledge of Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Regulations 2013.
• MEICA design, construction, commissioning and proofing experience preferred.
• Level 8 Honours Degree in Engineering; Chartered Engineer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of civil, mechanical, electrical and process engineers.
• Ensure safety, quality and sustainability standards on-site.
• Coordinate with clients, representatives and subcontractors.
• Manage programme, budget and HSQE reporting to framework manager.
• Oversee procurement of supplies and subcontractors within budget.
• Mentor staff and contribute to recruitment and CPD.
