Job summary

Alpine Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for a €40M project in Glasnevin, Dublin. The candidate will lead a commercial team and is responsible for cost reporting and client management throughout this 2-year program.

This role offers a hybrid option and requires solid experience, ideally in public contracts and claims. A competitive salary of up to €120K with a full package is on offer.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Senior Project Surveyor.
• Ability to lead a commercial team.
• Experience in cost reporting and client management.

Our client is an established construction company with projects nationwide

They are due to undertake €40M mixed commercial project in Glasnevin

Site based role, 2yr program, with hybrid available

You will lead small commercial team, cost reporting, hands on with client

Reporting to Contracts Manager & Commercial Director

Ideally looking for seasoned Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Project Surveyor capable taking this project to final account & completion

Public contract and/or claims experience would be helpful but not a prerequisite

Salary to €120K with full package
