Job summary

Alpine Recruitment Group is recruiting for a Developer & Main Contractor in Cabra, Dublin. You will lead the on-site commercial team, manage cost reporting, and liaise with the client on a €35M mixed project that is partly new build, refurbishment and conservation.

Ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying with at least 5 years of building experience. Public contract experience and claims are helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the on-site commercial team (1 junior QS, 1 intermediate QS) and manage cost reporting.
• Liaise with client and supply chain to ensure financial targets are met.
• Oversee cost control for a €35M mixed project in Cabra.

Project is part new build, part refurbishment & conservation
Site based 2yr program
You will lead the commercial team (1 Jr 1 Intermediate QS) on site, cost reporting, hands on with client
Ideally looking for Diploma / Degree qualified seasoned Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior Project Surveyor with minimum 5yrs building experience
Public contract experience & claims would be helpful but not a prerequisite
Salary to €110K with package depending on experience
