STRIVE Search is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a leading Ireland residential developer, based in Clonburris on a new 4-year project. The role offers a base salary around €120k with a comprehensive package, and flexible working from home options.

You will manage sub-contractors, price variations, and prepare valuations, bringing 8+ years of quantity surveying experience and strong contracts knowledge to a major housing initiative in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in quantity surveying, with building projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Managing sub-contractors and suppliers, including payments and variations.
• Assessing and pricing project variations and changes.
• Preparing interim and final valuations for works completed.
