Archer Recruitment is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for a fast-growing technology company transforming how financial institutions navigate regulatory landscapes. You will design and develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python, PostgreSQL and Linux, building secure, high-performance web applications that process complex regulatory data at scale.

In this hybrid role, you will own key platform components, influence architecture and engineering direction, and work with modern cloud

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• At least 3 years of commercial Python backend development.
• Excellent SQL and relational database design skills.
• Experience working with Linux environments.

Responsibilities

• Build secure, high-performance web application backends.
• Own key components of a cloud-based SaaS platform through the full SDLC.
• Build resilient, fault-tolerant software designed for scale.
• Contribute to DevOps processes, deployment automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
