Job summary

Archer Recruitment is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for a fast-growing technology company transforming how financial institutions navigate an increasingly complex regulatory landscape.

You will design and develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python, PostgreSQL and Linux, building secure, high-performance web applications that process complex regulatory data at scale, with hybrid work and occasional on-site attendance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• At least 3 years of commercial Python backend development.
• Excellent SQL and relational database design skills.
• Experience working with Linux environments.
