Job summary

A top-tier national law firm in Dublin invites a Senior Lawyer to join its Real Estate team. The successful candidate will handle acquisition, development, asset management, financing, leasing, and disposal of large-scale developments, advising developers and international clients on complex transactions.

The role also involves advising owner-occupiers on property acquisitions and managing transactions across single assets, portfolios, and loan portfolios, in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will join a market leading Real Estate team, working on matters, including the acquisition, development, asset management, financing, leasing, and disposal of large-scale developments. They will advise leading developers and international clients on complex transactions, negotiate commercial leases, and support the real estate aspects of corporate deals.

The solicitor will also advise owner-occupiers on property acquisitions and handle transactions involving single assets, portfolios, and loan portfolios.
