Achuman Capital Limited is working with a market-leading Irish law firm seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Real Estate practice in Dublin. The role involves supporting international and domestic clients across a full range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and landlord-tenant work.

The successful candidate will handle both contentious and non-contentious matters, contribute to business development, and manage client relationships within a collaborative team.

We are working with a market-leading Irish law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Real Estate practice within their Dublin office.

The Role

The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Real Estate team, supporting both international and domestic clients on a full range of real estate matters. The candidate’s duties will include advising on the acquisition and disposal of interests in commercial and residential real estate, single asset transactions, advising investors and developers on the acquisition, development and disposal of residential schemes, and providing day-to-day advice to landlords and asset managers regarding landlord and tenant law.

The candidate will play a key role in acting for leading market participants in all forms of both contentious and non-contentious real estate matters. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives while managing client relationships.
