Job summary

Lex Consultancy is seeking a Senior Associate Property Solicitor for a Dublin-based role within a well-respected corporate law firm. You will work closely with partners known for technical excellence and a supportive team culture, handling complex property matters across development, acquisitions, due diligence, and tenancy issues.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of PQE, strong client relationships, mentoring abilities, and meticulous attention to detail to maintain the firm’s high

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PQE in property law or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Handle diverse property law matters including development, sales & acquisitions, title investigations, and due diligence
• Represent clients in public and voluntary sectors on landlord-tenant issues
• Advise on residential tenancy law and commercial property transactions
• Collaborate with partners to deliver high-quality legal solutions

This is a newly created role at senior associate level will be working entail with a couple of partners who are known for their excellent technical ability and their positive team culture.

What you will be doing:

You will be using your well-honed client relationship skills, and showing your strong critical thinking skills, working on a diverse range of matters reaching across the full width of Property Law including; Property Development matters; Sales & Acquisitions; Investigating title and due diligence; Receiver sales; Residential tenancy law; Buying and selling commercial property; Acting for parties in the public sector and the voluntary sector and Landlord and tenant matters.

The successful Property Lawyer will need:

• At least 5 years of PQE
• Ability to mentor & create a positive environment
