Job summary

BCL Legal Limited is sourcing a Commercial Property Solicitor for a Dublin team. The role focuses on high-value commercial property work with end-to-end ownership, direct client contact from day one, and exposure to development, acquisitions and landlord/tenant matters.

The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years' PQE in Commercial Property, strong drafting skills and a pragmatic, client-focused approach within a collaborative, supportive environment that offers hybrid working (1-2 days WFH).

Commercial Property Solicitor | 1-5 PQE | Dublin

An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor (1-5 PQE) to join a highly regarded, close-knit real estate team in Dublin.

Working alongside a leading Property Partner, you will gain direct exposure to high-value commercial property transactions, with a particular emphasis on commercial development, acquisitions, disposals, and complex landlord and tenant matters.

Unlike larger transactional environments where work can become compartmentalised, this role offers genuine end-to-end matter ownership and direct client contact from day one.
