Indigo Real Estate Management is expanding and seeking experienced Senior Property Managers to join within the next three months. You’ll manage a portfolio of 8–12 developments, communicate with Boards, provide strategic advice, and build strong client relationships across Ireland, including Dublin.
Hybrid working is an option as the company invests in AI, technology and better systems to reduce repetitive work.
Property management is often a thankless job.
We’re thankful. And we think we make it a better one.
Indigo Real Estate Management is expanding, with significant new business coming on board and our recent appointment to the LDA Property Management Services Framework.
As part of that growth, we’re looking to meet experienced Senior Property Managers now, with a view to someone joining us within the next three months.
If you’ve worked in residential property management for a while, you’ll know the parts of the job that can wear people down: evening Board meetings, travelling from site to site, chasing debts, following up on minor repairs and endless administration, while somehow also trying to properly manage your developments.
Our Senior Property Managers are there to do the senior part of the job, manage developments, communicate with Boards, provide advice and build strong client relationships.
You’ll typically be allocated a portfolio of 8–12 developments, with a team around you supporting site inspections, debt collection, maintenance issues and much of the day to day administration.
Board meetings are generally held by Zoom or in person during normal working hours. No routine evenings spent driving around attending meetings.
We’re also investing heavily in AI, technology and better systems to remove more of the repetitive work and allow our Property Managers to concentrate on where they add real value.
Hybrid working is an option, and as Indigo continues to expand nationally, we’re very interested in hearing from experienced Senior Property Managers throughout Ireland, not just Dublin.
And we want our Senior PMs to benefit from the growth they help create.
Our starting remuneration packages are typically 10–15% above those offered by our competitors, depending on experience, as we believe in paying a premium to attract and retain the very best property managers in Ireland.
Beyond your starting salary, you'll have the opportunity to grow your portfolio and share in the additional income generated. This means your earning potential isn't capped at the traditional Senior Property Manager salary level – the more you contribute to our growth, the more you can earn.
We’re now a team of approximately 25 people, managing around 75 large residential and commercial developments, and we’re continuing to expand.
It’s still property management. It can still be demanding.
But we think there’s a much better way to do it.
There’s no immediate rush to move jobs. We’d simply like to start meeting the right people now, with a view to commencement within the next three months.
If you’re an experienced License D Property Manager, whether you're in Dublin or elsewhere in Ireland, and even if you're happy where you are.
