Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential developments and support the day-to-day running of each scheme
• Build strong relationships with property owners, developers, contractors and other stakeholders
• Coordinate maintenance works and follow up on any issues within the developments
• Assist with budgeting, service charges and general financial administration
• Gain experience across block and asset management while working closely with a senior team
• PSRA license
• Full clean drivers license & access to a car.
