Qualifications

• Dip LA / ACILA / ACII (required).
• +10 years Loss Adjusting experience (required).
• Experience of dealing with brokers and a wide variety of customers.
• Experience of dealing with commercial insurance claims, including business interruption.
• Good verbal and written communications skills.
• This role is Field Based and requires a full Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee both household and commercial claims from initiation to resolution with a customer-focused approach.
• Use negotiation skills to achieve optimal settlements while maintaining high service standards.
• Prepare and deliver case decisions and solutions to customers in line with processes.
• Assess scenes of loss, gather information, document findings and advise customers.
• Manage customer interactions efficiently and provide coaching to less experienced colleagues when needed.
