Job summary

EL Engineering Consultants Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-value, multidisciplinary projects across pharma and medical devices, from concept to completion. You will drive governance, client development and mentor a growing PM team, reporting to the PMO Manager.

The role demands credibility, commercial discipline, and the ability to balance stakeholder interests while delivering sustainable business growth in Ireland.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience leading complex projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required).
• PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng MIEI) strongly preferred.
• Membership in Engineers Ireland, PMI, CIOB or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define project and programme delivery strategies.
• Lead contract negotiations and risk allocation planning.
• Oversee portfolio-level financial performance.
• Strengthen governance standards and PM framework knowledge.
• Leads proposals, develops client growth strategies, identifies new market opportunities.
