Job summary

PE Global is recruiting a Senior Project Manager for a leading multinational biotech client in Dublin. The role focuses on leading NPI and lifecycle projects, ensuring robust governance, and delivering integrated plans from initiation to close-out in a hybrid setting.

You will coordinate with site SMEs and global stakeholders to drive product introductions and maintain product health, while ensuring compliance with GMP and EHS standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required; Master’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in life sciences, pharma or biotech environments is expected.
• 5–8 years’ experience with minimum 3 years in project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead project governance and cross-functional execution across NPI and lifecycle initiatives.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering scope, schedule, cost, resources, responsibilities, and performance.
• Manage risks, issues, decisions, and change controls to ensure on-time delivery and compliance.
