Job summary

Silent-Aire, part of Johnson Controls, is seeking a Project Manager to deliver complex HVAC solutions for global customers. You will own project delivery, ensuring quality, schedule, cost, margin, and customer satisfaction from post-sales handover through commissioning and close-out.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, and Site operations, driving disciplined execution and a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex projects in commercial, data centre, healthcare, or similar environments.
• Strong commercial awareness with costs, margins, scope and risk management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of project delivery across the complete project lifecycle from post-sale handover through commissioning and final handover.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams including Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, Procurement, QA/QC, Mission Critical, and Site teams.
• Own project financial performance with accountability for budgets, cost control and gross margin delivery.
• Develop and maintain robust project pricing and execution plans with clear scope and timelines.
