Job summary

Johnson Controls in Dublin is seeking a Controls Project Manager for our HVAC division to lead on-site control systems projects from planning to closeout.

You will coordinate with customers, subcontractors and technicians, manage costs and schedules, and ensure safety and compliance. The role requires HVAC controls knowledge, strong communication, and proven project leadership to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Four years of field experience or six years in HVAC/building automation preferred.
• Hands-on design and commissioning of digital HVAC/building automation controls.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site HVAC control projects from planning through closeout.
• Coordinate hardware design, programming, installation, and commissioning.
• Manage costs, billings, and cash flow; ensure safety and compliance.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and technicians to satisfy requirements.
