Job summary

Codec is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large, complex initiatives across multiple customers. You will own planning, governance and delivery from pre-sales through handover to operations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in similar roles, PMP/Prince2, and a proven ability to manage scope, budget and schedules while coordinating cross-functional teams in a fast-paced enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a PM in large enterprises.
• Prince2 Practitioner or PMP certification.
• Experience delivering ERP projects (Microsoft Business Central) and CRM/Workflow projects (Microsoft Dynamics).
• Proven delivery of projects to scope, budget and schedule.
• Management of cross-functional project teams.
• Proficient in MS Project.
• Experience with agile, waterfall and hybrid PM styles.
• Experience with Projector or similar PSA tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex projects across multiple customers.
• Maintain project data, planning and forecasting in Projector.
• Manage projects from pre-sales through implementation and handover to operations.
• Serve as single accountable point of contact for projects.
• Manage scope, budget and schedule with change processes.
• Identify and manage interdependencies with other projects.
• Coordinate with PMO, RMO and senior leadership on client engagement.
• Formulate and update project plans and maintain schedules.
• Identify, document and manage RAID, implementing mitigations.
• Report progress per organisation policies and procedures.
• Estimate project costs as required.
• Achieve PMO project quality gates.
• Manage project milestones and deliverables.
• Manage project resources.
